For years, I was experiencing excruciating numbness and pain in both
hands - now known as carpultunal syndrome. My primary doctor recommended
me to see you, so I did! You then had a study done and the results
was that my right hand had severe damage and my left hand had mild
damage. You recommended surgery.
Well, at my age (65) and some friends giving me negative comments,
I was reluctant to have the surgery! But, as the pain and numbness
progressed, I could no longer bear it - so I relented to having the
surgery on my right hand.
Oh, was I ever so Nervous and Scarred! But I have to tell you Dr.
G., I prayed about it and left it in God's hands to guide you. You
were very patient and recognized my timidness, therefore giving me
a sense of calmness!
When I awaken from the surgery, I had some pain (which was normal).
The surgery had gone very well (Excellent)!! You gave me directions
for post surgery, which I followed. My right hand looks like I never
had surgery before and it feels GREAT!
I can play the piano again without my hand being numb or painful.
Before the surgery, I was unable to hold a book to read or play the
piano. My fingers would become numb and very painful - so painful
that I could not sleep. I thought that my circulation was cut off.
Now, I'm able to hold a book for hours and play the piano for hours
without any numbness or pain. And, there is no Scar from the cut!
After about a year had past, my left hand became unbearable (I think
it was jealous!). I was ready for that 2nd surgery! I was not nervous
or scarred this time because you made the 1st surgery so easy and
comfortable for me - and successful! I am healing very well now and
I have faith of the outcome for my left hand.

Prior to my hand surgery, I experienced excruciating pain on a daily
basis. The pain woke me up at night. It was a constant companion.
Dr Golshani performed carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand on
December 7, 2009 and today, almost 4 months later my hand is pain
free.
The day of the surgery I was welcomed by his staff. They were supportive
and calming and helped ease my anxieties about the procedure.
Before Dr Golshani started the surgery, he went over everything
he was going to do, putting me at ease as he proceeded. My arm was
anaesthetized down to my hand and I remained awake during the entire
surgery. It was very comfortable and I did not have any pain.
A few short weeks after surgery I began physical therapy to build
the strength and increase the mobility of my hand. I continue to
gain strength today and most importantly - pain free!
My surgery was a success and I am so grateful to Dr Golshani and
his caring staff.

I am a 37 year old female, single, and from the Los Angeles area.
I work for an entertainment company also located in Los Angeles. For
years I needed to have surgery and finally did it in the summer of

Since my procedure, I am more active, and keep a healthy lifestyle.

My consultation went great. The doctor made me feel at ease immediately.
He made sure that I was doing the surgery for myself and that no one
else was influencing my decision. All my questions were answered thoroughly.
The staff was always in contact with me helping me to get financing
for the surgery and worked with me to schedule the surgery at a time
that best suited my needs. They also worked with me in getting my
required paperwork for being out of work for the required healing
time.
The day of the surgery, the staff helped me feel a little less nervous
